The Tennessee Occupational Safety and 
		Health Administration (TOSHA) fined Southeastern Provision more than 
		$40,000.00 after April's Immigations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid. 
		 
		15 of TOSHA's citations were listed as "serious," according to state 
		documents. 
		 
		Some of those include noise monitoring violations, a lack of proper eye 
		and face protection for employees, a lack of proper written hazard 
		warnings, and a lack of training. 
		 
		Southeastern Provision was raided by federal ICE agents, and the 
		International Revenue Service (IRS). 
		 
		The owner, James Brantley, pleaded guilty to charges of tax evasion, 
		wire fraud and employing undocumented immigrants. 
		 
		Southeastern Provision has 30 days to pay the fine before interest is 
		accrued. |
