Krystal Daniels, Mother Of Missing Boy Joe Clyde Daniels Not Charged With First Degree Murder
The booking record at the Dickson County Jail did show Daniels with a new first-degree murder charge in connection with the death of her son and the jail staff confirmed the updates to NewsChannel 5.
That charge has been removed. It's unclear if a glitch caused the issue.
Daniels does face homicide charges for the death of Joe Clyde.
Joe Clyde Daniels' body has been missing for ten weeks. Searches have been called off. Investigators believe his Father is responsible.
